The open-air atmosphere at the Q-Bar is great. Summer Terrace Restaurant on the roof with a great view of the old city and Caspian could be a real experience. The service is excellent and very polite.
The 'House of Sultan' winter restaurant on the 1st floot has an interior design authentic to the Oriental luxury enjoyed by Sultans.
