The 12 Inn Boulevard Hotel is a small boutique hotel situated in Baku downtown, within walking proximity to Baku tourist attractions and business districts. A lot of city's landmarks are located nearby, including the Azerbaijan History Museum and the Academic National Theatre. The nearest tube station is 28 May.
12Inn hotel is quite small with just 12 rooms (hence the name of the hotel), including 9 Standard and 3 Suite rooms. Every room has satellite TV, a telephone, air-conditioning, a safe deposit box, a mini-bar, a hair-dryer, Internet access. Small restaurant and 24-hour bar.
Each room has individual design and personal name. Names were given according to the colours that were used in room decoration: Lilac, Camel, Kiwi, Scarlet, Cherry, Aquamarine, Bordeaux, Safari, Oriental, Rose, Lemon Delight.
