This January Azerbaijan to launch active promoting tourist potential in Persian Gulf states
Azerbaijan is intensifying propaganda of tourism potential in the Persian Gulf countries.
The Ministry of Culture & Tourism reports that deputy culture minister Nazim Samedov received head of Atlantis Holidays with which the Ministry signed an agreement on ensuring promotion of Azerbaijan’s tourism potential in the Gulf countries and coordination of market relations in this area.
"Next January it will be developed and approved an action plan between the Ministry of Culture & Tourism and Atlantis Holidays, and broad presentation of the document will be organized in February," it was reported.
On 28 April 2011, the Ministry of Culture & Tourism, the Association of Tourism of Azerbaijan and Dubai’s Atlantis Holidays signed a tripartite cooperation agreement. The agreement implies opening of the Azerbaijani Culture & Tourism Ministry’s representative office in Dubai to promote tourism potential of Azerbaijan in all countries of the Persian Gulf.
