Azerbaijani and Turkish Culture and Tourism Ministries prepare jointly hoteliers for Eurovision 2012
The Ministry of Culture & Tourism of Azerbaijan is taking steps to improve the quality of services in tourist facilities within the framework of the national tourism year.
The Ministry reports that specialized training courses will be arranged for employees of hotels and restaurants by the Ministries of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan and Turkey and the Turkish Cooperation & Development Organization (TIKA).
Regular courses for tourist facilities’ staff will be conducted on 21-25 November, in particular for managing personnel of tourist facilities, employees of registration offices, table setting and cleaners. Courses will be delivered by Turkish specialists.
Trainings are held at the Azerbaijan Institute of Tourism, and upon their completion their participants are given special certificates.
Courses for staff of tourist facilities will be organized within the framework of the preparatory work in anticipation of contest Eurovision 2012.
