Tourism Center plans to open representative office in Moscow
The Baku Tourism Information Center is considering opening an office in Moscow.
The issue was discussed at a specialized workshop devoted to business tourism development in Moscow. The event was organized by the Russian Association for National Tourist Offices (ANTOR) with the support of the Russian Union of the Travel Industry (RUTI). The workshop was attended by 106 representatives from 35 countries.
Azerbaijan was represented by Baku Tourism Information Center Director Zakir Aliyev, who met with RUTI President Sergei Shpilko, Moscow Tourism Committee Chairman Valery Korovkin and National Tourist Organizations Association President Andrzej Serakovski.
During the meetings, the sides also discussed the exchange of tourist information and mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Baku Tourism Information Center is a single national information service for tourism aimed at creating a comfortable information environment for foreign tourists and visitors.
