Azerbaijan Photo Contest "Azerbaijan 2009 – the world of tourism"
Azerbaijan pictures should reflect the achievements of the Azerbaijani tourism, modern hotel complexes, cultural centers, as well as all modern forms of tourism operating in Azerbaijan, up to extreme ones.
The “Azerbaijan 2009 – the world of tourism” Photo Contest consists of 4 categories:
1. Pictures of Azerbaijan nature
2. Photos of Azerbaijan heritage
3. Pictures of Azerbaijan tourism
4. Azerbaijan in the eyes of foreigners
The motto of the national photo contest "Azerbaijan 2009 – the World of Tourism" is expressed by the words of Azerbaijani poet Suleyman Rustam: Want to see the paradise on earth – come to Azerbaijan.
Participation in the “Azerbaijan 2009 – the World of Tourism” photo contest is open both for professional and amateur photographers. Photographs can be in color or black and white.
Size of photographs is 20x30 cm, 25x38 cm or 30x40 cm. Works are accepted until November 25, 2009 at st. N. Narimanov, 127, office 112.
Completion of the photo contest and the announcement of its results will be held on Dec. 19, 2009 during the photo exhibition in one of the main exhibition halls of Baku. Best photographs of the photo contest will be published in print catalog.
