Azerbaijan to license private houses offering hotel services
Private houses that offer hotel services will be subject to licensing in Azerbaijan in the offing, head of Baku Travels Bureau Chingiz Hasanov told APA-Economics.
According to him, private houses that provide hotel services in regions are not licensed at present and this offers incentive for them and encourages the development of this sector.
"The aim is to help develop tourism in regions. Later, private house owners who offer hotel services will be offered conditions and required to be licensed," he noted.
190 hotels, including 7 boutique-inns have been registered in Azerbaijan.
