All-the-year-round resort estimated at $2,000,000,000 to be built in Azerbaijan
"Yesterday we met with Austrians to discuss construction of an all-the-year-round resort in Gusary, Azerbaijan at the foothill of Shahdagh mountain".
The due announcement was made by Abulfas Garayev, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Culture and Tourism at a press conference today,
“This project is the largest one in the tourist sector of Azerbaijan. It is estimated at $1,500,000,000-2,000,000,000. The state investments into this project will be used for creation of infrastructure and elevators, as it will located at a height of 2,000 meters and the rest components will be arranged by the investorâ€, Garayev said.
He also expressed hope that Azerbaijanis and visitors of our country will be able to take a ride across the mountain heights of the new tourist center.
